The best experience today with both Kaz and Sarah whilst having a filling carried out.I tend to dread the needle aspect, but can genuinely say I did not feel a thing.Sarah was very reassuring and the whole treatment was pain free thanks to the experience of Kaz. Definitely recommend 👌

I recently had a dental implant fitted by Kas and wanted to share how impressed I was with the level of care and professionalism I received. From the very first consultation through to the final fitting, the entire team made the experience comfortable and reassuring.The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to answer my questions. Until today I have never left a dentist with a massive smile on my face. Andrew fitted a full set of mini implant dentures. Fantastic experience. Advance dental care are professional, polite, friendly and the results I had with invisalign were outstanding. Kas looks after me and I can't praise him highly enough. When I walk into the practice, I am always made to feel immediately welcome by the amazing ladies at the desk. Going to a dentist is obviously not something that people relish, but Advance dental care go above and beyond to make sure it's the best experience possible. Kas has the patience of a saint. I’ve just finished my Invisalign treatment at Advance Dental Care in Barry, Vale of Glamorgan and I am genuinely thrilled with the outcome. My dentist, Kaz, has been exceptional from the very beginning. He is one of the most patient and supportive clinicians I’ve ever met — always willing to listen, answer questions and explain things clearly, no matter how small or repetitive my concerns were.Throughout the treatment, Kaz made me feel completely at ease and guided me through each step with professionalism and kindness. Although my teeth are not perfectly straight, they look absolutely marvellous now and the improvement is far beyond what I imagined when I started.I’m grateful for the care, attention and understanding Kaz provided and I would wholeheartedly recommend him and the team at Advance Dental Care to anyone considering Invisalign or any dental treatment.

As an anxious adult I was extremely worried about having an extraction. I needn’t have been I think it’s the fear of the unkown. Calm & caring dentist it’s definitely the correct description.TheMoment you step inside this haven of calmness, you are put at ease from the friendly approachable girls on reception. The dentist is so understanding and will listen to any concerns you may have. I was put at ease immediately. I was explained what was going to happen and more. Of course if like me your anxious don’t be trust the professionals . I had very little or no pain what so ever.If you’re considering coming to this particular dentist don’t hesitate. I am so pleased I did and will continue to do so thank you everyone at advance dental surgery

Have been going to this dentist for just over a month as my teeth were a bit of a mess,had quite a few extractions,and dentures fitted,I wish I'd gone to this dentist years ago ,they are absolutely fab,from the receptionists to the hygienists,and of course Steve who did most of the work,I didn't feel a thing,with needles,extractions etc,I'd give you 10stars if I could. Anyone worried about seeing a dentist, give them a try! You won't be disappointed 👏👏👏

I joined this practice about 13 years ago, I needed partial dentures, I am petrified of dentists but Andy was great, 13 years later I knew I had to be brave and go back to sort my teeth out... Today I have just finished my treatment, 4 more teeth out and new partial dentures fitted... I cannot thank Steve, Liz, Aga and Lauren enough, how u put up with me for the last 6 visits I will never know, my teeth are beautiful just as u told me they would be.... I am so nervous going to the dentist after bad experiences as a child. I went to Advance after 5 years of plucking up the courage to go! My initial course of treatment was carried out by Stephen who was very patient calming and put me at ease throughout. I then had to have a deep clean due to advanced gum decease and bone loss. Cheryl the hygienist was amazing very professional and didn't judge me at all! Did a thorough clean and explained everything! All the dental nurses and receptionists are brilliant too!

I hadn't been to the dentist some time. They aren't my favourite place to visit. However when I was called by advance dental care to inform me that they has a space for me I was excited to finally have a dentist. My vist was very pleasant. Diane and Holly put my nerves aside. This 5 star review is about two people and two people only. Diane and Aga.I’ve been here 4 times now, twice with these two lovely ladies and twice with a man. Diane has never hurt me and Aga is always so understanding about my fear of dentists. When I come and have treatment off the man (not sure on name) he always hurts me, the last time I had him Aga was with him and he hurt me, I ended up crying as it really hurt and had been a long day. Aga is so understanding, caring and sweet she was amazing. I had her again today with Diane and she remembered me from last time, she could see I was nervous she offered for me to hold her hand and gave me a fidget to keep my mind occupied.Diane has never hurt me, she is lovely. We had a lovely conversation as well as a sing along to the radio, she makes me feel a lot more at ease when I come to get something done. I cannot recommend this dentist enough. I had neglected my teeth for years and had major anxiety about visiting dentists particularly a new one. After reading numerous good reviews about this practice, I plucked up the courage and made an appointment for a smile consultation. The appointment was amazing, Kas immediately made me feel comfortable. I needed a lot of work on my teeth and gums including fillings , an extraction, crowns and veneers. After a year of dental appointments and hygienist appointments I now have a healthy mouth and smile. It has made such a difference to my confidence. The crowns and veneers on my front teeth are so natural, I am over the moon with how they look. Both Kas and Aga were amazing throughout, ensuring I knew exactly what was happening at every appointment. Thankyou Kas and all the team at Advanced Dental Care.

After multiple challenges accessing reliable dental care for our two children in Barry, the eldest of whom now has significant problems with his back teeth that needed support but others had failed to provide, we found Advance Dental and Orthodontic Care. From the first call with the lovely team who work on the front desk, we felt reassured and safe. Within three days, my son had his first appointment and follow-up treatment that has removed the pain he has been experiencing and allayed any fears he and I had. Diane and her team were incredibly kind and gentle with him. They went through every sound he'd hear, every sensation he'd feel, all of the equipment they'd use and what his treatment plan was likely to look like. He left the surgery today genuinely excited not to feel any more pain in his tooth and remarked on how lovely everyone was to him there. We're really grateful to have found this practice and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone - particularly those families with young kids. These positive experiences in their formative years are so important. Thank you!

Okie frist dentist appointment for 24 months as not a great fan of the old tooth fairy found this dentist on google maps the reviews were awesome so thought my teeth are a mess got to try something someone 🙏🏻 so what can a say lovely atmosphere for a dentist 🦷 the chap I met was Kas what a lovely chap and made me feel at ease straight away so I’ve decided to go ahead with some implants treatment & bridge work the assistant was very nice to so looking forward to getting to know them both as my treatment progresses I’d recommend this dentist to anyone who dislikes dentists 5 star so far from me 👍🏻🏴🙏🏻

My 12 year old daughter was very nervous as she had to have injections to remove 2 baby teeth. Diane was so kind right from the start and made her feel instantly calm. Whilst having the injections Sarah was constantly reassuring her and held her hand. What could have been am awful experience for my daughter was infact a truly calm and relaxed experience. I can not thank Diane and Sarah enough.

I should start by saying I’m not a good patient – I have a phobia of anything medical.Also I had a poor experience with my Dentist prior to joining Advanced Dental Care several years ago. Since being a patient there, I have been treated with nothing but empathy and kindness.After Christmas I cracked my tooth, my check-up showed that needed to be repaired and an older filling needed to be replaced.The reception staff really did set the tone that this experience would be different.Kas and his assistant couldn’t have done more to help me feel comfortable.Before the treatment they asked if I wanted a fidget spinner which I appreciated as I never know what to do with my hands.They put anaesthetic on my gum and I genuinely did not feel much when they gave me my injections.They put music on for the procedure to help calm me.The work was done and it was painless. Kas made sure the filling matched my teeth - I can’t tell there’s a filling there anymore. I’ve always hated seeing my teeth in photos – this looks a lot better.I don’t think I’m fixed yet but I will try and remember this experience for future appointments.Many Thanks to everyone that helped me.

The best dental experience I ever had. I hadn’t been to the dentist in so long and was absolutely terrified to go back after a previous experience elsewhere. The dental nurse was so comforting and they were non judgemental and it didn’t hurt one bit. I only had a temp filling put in but I would deffo go back.

I've been with Advance Dental Care for some years now. I had intented to to get 3 implants a few years ago and started the process with Kaz there at Advance, aka "Pain Free Dentistry". Too many Texan bars, mojos, fruit salads and flying saucers in my younger years had done their worst (showing my age a bit there).Sadly, covid got in the way and I eventually started the treatment in 2024. Kaz talked me through every planned step of the process, including walking me through the x-rays and every step of the planned procedures that were ahead. I started the implant journey in April, 24. One implant on top left, and two together on top right. This was the largest part of the process, (placing the implants in and, in my case, I had 2 areas of bone graft.) The session was an order of magnitude easier than I had imagined (and I have a vivid imagination). Kaz and the nurse (I forget which one, they are all fab), went at the pace I was comfortable with and with copious amounts of care and friendly banter. To be honest, I spent the time daydreaming (mentally chilling in my happy place on a beach as it happens) whilst they got on with the work. Time sped by and it was done without any pain or stress. A few months later I was back for the checkup and molds to be taken and a couple of weeks after that, the actual crowns were fitted. I'm thrilled with the result. Getting implants is a major decision, and if you're going to make the step, I totally recommend you make an appointment at Advance Dental Care to talk through the process and options. The entire team are great with their planning, communication and genuine commitment to making Dentistry as pain free as it can be. 5 stars well deserved!!

After a bad experience in 2011 with a wisdom tooth extraction resulting in a fractured jaw. I wasn't exactly thrilled to see a dentist any time soon, that is until I attended Advanced Dental last year. The team are fantastic, lovely people that put my mind at ease without fail during every visit. I've just had 2 fillings with Diane and Lauren today and previously had 2 fillings done with Hillary and Aga. Any nerves I have walking in are very quickly eased by the ladies, reassuring me at every step of the process. The receptionist ladies are very polite and easy to talk to, nothing seems too much trouble when you talk to them.Thank you Advanced Dental Care for restoring my confidence in visiting the Dentist!

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. I had an implant crown to replace an old denture and a few crowns at the front to improve image of teeth damaged from sports injuries. No pressure, kept well informed, and really pleased with the overall result.

Having lost my front tooth last year, I had my new implant fitted today by Andy and am delighted. The whole process was explained throughout and I have been pain free at every stage of the treatment. I would highly recommend Andy and his team to anyone considering an implant.

Being a bit scared of ‘the dentist’ to put it mildly, it took me a while to pluck up the courage to sort myself out after moving back into the area. I need not have worried. Kas was really kind, putting me at ease and explaining treatment thoroughly. My experience was absolutely pain free and I would recommend Kas and his team without hesitation.

Today I finished my implant procedure. I am thrilled with the results as I now have my smile back. It looks so natural and just like it used to. You need feel no pain with Andy in charge and all the team are very approachable, friendly and well informed. It's more like a social outing than a dental visit! 😀. Thank you to all. Highly recommend to anyone thinking about having treatment.

Andy and his team make you feel completely safe and relaxed. My teeth were quite crooked and thanks to Andy I now have a perfect smile. I researched lots of orthodontic dentists before I chose this practice. I highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate returning for any other treatment.

I am very pleased with my treatment since transferring to Advance Dental and Orthodontic Care.The staff on reception are always on the ball and very pleasant. You are out at ease as soon as you arrive in the waiting room. Particular thanks to Kas and Aga my dental team. I am over seventy and have never felt as confident when visiting a practice for treatment. Last year I needed to have a new partial denture. All my options were carefully explained and I was supported through the numerous appointments that were required to complete my treatment. I always felt in safe hands and never felt there was any hurry to rush me out the door. I would recommend them to anybody particularly if you are nervous about dentists.

I went in for a check up and filling and was very happy with the service provided by my dentist Kas. He was very friendly and professional.I also took my kids in for a check up. Kas and all the staff were very friendly and brilliant with the kids to keep them calm during the check up

New patient check-up and hygienist appointment.Reception staff were lovely as always. (my daughter is already a patient) my dentist Kas was really friendly, put me at ease and didn’t make me feel terrible for not having seen the dentist for a while. 😖He explained exactly what was going on with my teeth and whether I’d need any treatment or not.Then I saw Diane and Liz for a scale, polish and a filling (big shout out to them for squeezing in the unexpected filling at the same time, thank you!) Not the most comfortable of things to have done but both were super friendly and it was all over in no time.Overall the service was excellent, all the staff were laid back but still professional which made the atmosphere really relaxed and friendly. 10/10 🙂

My 13 year old son needed to have a large back milk tooth removed and he was petrified. Diane and Aga were fantastic with him. They reassured him at every step of the way, were patient and caring and removed the tooth with ease. My son couldn’t believe it was done so quickly and painlessly. The way they were with him was lovely to see and now he’s much less scared for any future visits! Thanks so much both 🩷🩷🩷

I have been using Andy nourish for years now. I cannot recommend the team here highly enough. Absolutely amazing care given evertime I have attended. I would recommend them to anyone. Had my hygienist appointment today with Cheryl and her nurse Jo and what can I say.. I have gum disease and have suffered for a few years with this and so scared for the dreaded scale and polish but wow I can’t recommend these ladies enough they always put me at ease and sooo patient with me and always gave me some really good tips on how to try and keep the dreaded disease at bay and hopefully I’ll keep my smile for a lot longer than I’d imagined I can’t thank you ladies enough 🥰

I am blown away with the kindness that has been shown to my family & I since joining this practice. Every single person has just been amazing! For myself particularly I have had a lot of appointments over the last couple of months, which has resulted in the Superstar that is Hilary concluding that I actually need a medical referral, after her noticing that the issue in my jaw could actually be related to a non dental condition. I am so grateful to her for spotting this & am now on medication to control my pain & currently undergoing various tests. To the whole Team “ Thank you so much” you are appreciated more than you know♥️♥️

I attended the dentist here this morning for the 1st time, and I have to say how wonderful they are. The receptionists were so welcoming and happy. The dentist and dental nurse were amazing, kind and patient ❤
I felt totally listened to and heard. They explained everything with kindness and patience. The lady/radiographer who did my x-rays was calm, patient and explained everything, even when I was so nervous and disorientated I forgot my left from my right. This was most definitely the best experience I ever had at any dentist.

I haven’t stopped smiling, 6 months ago I had my braces fitted by Andy and they came off today! To say I’m pleased is an understatement. Andy and the team went above and beyond (for a very demanding bridezilla 😅) to give me my perfect smile! Cannot thank them all enough, would recommend to anyone!! Amazing friendly staff, best dentist I have ever been to, had 6 yes 6 teeth out only last week and I didn't feel any pain whatsoever, I'm on my early journey to have mini dental implants done. Looking forward to the journey after years of painful dental visits at other clinics, wish I had come here year's ago. Would highly recommend these amazing people.

I first went to Advance Dental Care to straighten my teeth, however I have anxiety about dentists. I went for my first appointment and I was made for feel relaxed and talked through all the options available to me and also payment plan options. Each appointment I went to the staff maintained an amazing attitude and put me at ease. They always treat you as an individual and take a keen interest into you as a person which is something I’ve never felt from any other dentist before. My braces were completely pain free and appointments are so accommodating. I cannot recommend those team enough, they are so amazing, 2 members of my family have changed to them too! Thank you all!

I can not recommend Advance Dental enough! As a child I hated going to the dentist and took this through to adulthood, since moving to Barry nearly 10 years ago I've been here and parking is easy receptionists are very friendly and helpful,they also text and ring to remind you of upcoming appointments! had mini implants done 2 years ago I am very very nervous of the dentist but Andrew put me at total ease and I was able to have this procedure done no pain at all I would recommend this practice and all the staff they are all wonderfull

Advance dental care as a whole is fantastic. After spending my savings on braces and whitening I’ll admit I was sceptical about the results but I could not have been happier. After 15 years of being terrified of the dentist, I cracked a wisdom tooth and had no choice but to face my fear. I spent four months searching for a dentist and came across advanced dental care. I spent sometime reading up on them before finally summoning the courage to contact them.
The reception team were really friendly and explained everything to me. I booked in to see Bruce and got an appointment and time slot to suit me. At my appointment, Bruce took time to put me at ease, understand my fears and phobias and talk me through everything before even getting in to the chair.
Following my mouth audit, Bruce talked me through what was needed and the options avalibility. Being incredibly nervous I opted for sedation. I needed to have an extraction, two fillings and a scale and polish. I was expecting quite a large bill but was pleasantly surprised when Bruce talked me through the figures.
I booked in my next appointment with reception. Prior to arriving for extraction day, the team contacted me twice to ask if I had any questions and see if I was still able to make the time.
On extraction day I was incredibly nervous. Bruce put me at ease and we went at my pace. After he answered 101 of my questions, the sedation began.10 seconds in and I can’t remember a thing. I now have a healthy mouth and a couple of hilarious videos.
Bruce gave my husband aftercare advice and made sure I was comfortable before leaving the practice.
I honestly can’t thank Bruce enough for getting me through the process. Whilst I am not over my fear of dentistry, I am confident I have found a dentist in Bruce that I would trust with all my dentistry needs and that I will visit regularly.

I went to the hygienist on Thursday with my little two year old boy. He was not happy to be sat in the chair watching but the dental nurse was fantastic. She kept him entertained and made sure he was happy whilst I was having my teeth done.
The hygienist was lovely and very friendly, this is a bonus as I am not fond of the dentist.

I have just finished my treatment and I must say I am more than impressed. I had some implants fitted. My Dentist was Andrew Nourish he explained everything about the procedure from start to finish. He answered any questions I had full and frankly. I was made to feel at ease while attending the practice. If I had any problems (which I did not) I was told to phone without hesitation. Oh my days! To say I'm phobic when it comes to the dentist is a huge understatement. Having just had (literally, just!) a tooth extraction, i cannot believe how pain free this was. Given that my last experience at the dentist was horrific, whatever wizardry they apply here is amazing. Literally, no pain.

I'd recommend this surgery to anyone. If you're nervous, genuinely think about coming here. I cried when I walked into the room! Like a total idiot! But after explaining my past experience and being listened to, I totally chilled out.

These Guys truly are the tops from the first telephone call you are treated with kindness and respect nothing is to much trouble, When I first decided my oral health was a mess because of horrendous treatment when I was young I could not look Andy in the face I was such a bag of nerves but from the moment I entered the reception the young lady who greeted me could see I was scared but soon had me engaged in conversation which calmed me right down to say I'm delighted with the treatment I've received would be an understatement calm and caring are not just words but what all the staff live by thank you.

It's a pleasure to visit well almost - Jaz was so gentle and polite and he and Suzanne made me feel so at ease. I didn't have chance to get nervous as I didn't have to wait at all. Everyone is so friendly, helpful and caring from the time you step inside the door to the time you come out.

Amazing Dentist with amazing staff. Everyone makes you feel welcome and are always doing there best to look after you. Lewis is a great dentist always talking you through what he is doing and makes the whole experience seem quick.

I am on the home run after 9 months of treatment at Advance Dental Care. Each monthly appointment was on time and at a time that suited me, parking is also not a problem. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming so you don't feel stressed at all when you arrive or leave! Andy is a very calm and gentle dentist. I had a brace fitted and at no point did I experience any pain. The brace has just been removed & my teeth look amazing! I never thought my teeth would look this good. Thank you to everyone at Advance Dental Care for transforming my smile ��

Having always been petrified of the dentist and requiring extensive dental work ... I did my research and for me discovered the best dentist in the world Mr Nourish. He restored my faith in dentistry as all through this long process he promised me it wouldn't hurt and it hasn't and we've also injected , pardon the pun, humour into the appointments that may seem strange but it helped me to remain calm. Also mustn't forget the nursing and reception staff they are always smiling, happy to chat and brilliant at putting patients at ease. I recommend this surgery and would happily talk to anyone about my experience if it helps them through the door as that's the hardest step, once in, you've got all the support you will ever need �

Moved to the area a couple of years ago and kept putting off finding a dentist. Needs must and plucked up the courage to make an appointment and have a check up. What a great choice I made. My family and I have been a part of the Advance Dental Care(ADC) practice for many years. I have just recently had some veneers fitted where I was a little anxious as of to how the end result would effect me. I have got to say that my teeth look amazing.
